Fantastic news for a healthy Drumbeg!
Held in Drumbeg Church Hall every Tuesday evening 7-8pm
by Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and Drumbeg resident,
Peter Love, the classes will be a combination of easy to
follow aerobic and resistance training routines, where participants
move from one exercise to the next in short bursts.
These Group Fitness classes are a great way to build strength,
improve your aerobic fitness and burn excess fat; and are
a fun and interesting way to a healthier body and mind!
Classes can be adapted for all ages and levels of fitness,
so why not come along and make 2013 your healthiest year
yet!
Classes cost £4.00 per person, per session.
Spaces are limited but there is no membership fee or contractual
